Children's Chime Choir
The Children's Chime Choir meets every Sunday at 12:15 pm in the Sanctuary and every Wednesday at 4:30 pm in E-101. If your children want to participate or if you know any children that may enjoy the fellowship of a music ministry, please email Betty Dillashaw at firstname.lastname@example.org. Click on either of the audio files below to hear the Children's Chime Choir play.
Childcare is available for children and infants pre-school age and younger, starting at 9:15 am, so adults can attend Faith Formation classes and the Worship Service.
Families with babies/young children
Families with children under the age of 5 are welcome to use our “Family Rug” during our worship. You’ll find the rug lying beside the first two pews on the left hand side of the Sanctuary. This allows young children and parents a bit of space to spread out. There is also a rocking chair at the back of the Sanctuary for your use. If you have questions, please ask one of our pastors or greeters. There are colorful bags filled with activity pages, crayons, etc. for use during worship and are located at the back of the sanctuary. Children are welcome in worship!
Children's Church during Worship
We have exciting news for children grades K- 6th grade! Twice a month, we now offer religious exploration and education for kids held in the children’s church Room E-205 during worship.
Children's Church will provide a chance for the youngest members of our congregation to build community and connect with Jesus through songs, games, activities and stories they can get excited about. We'll sing, do crafts, preform, and read stories while we get to know each other, and learn about how our faith can fit in our lives.
We will be using the UCC Curriculum SHINE | LIVING IN GOD'S LIGHT. Children will leave service after a Time with Children and they will spend the remainder of the service together. Parents can pick up their kids from room E-205 after service for friendship time.
The first Sundays of the month is communion Sunday and children will remain in worship.
