On New Years Eve 2023 I decided I wanted to break free. I went into my studio and took a brush, black acrylic ink and made bold marks. After that I decided what else I wanted to do. This is the way I have approached the 65 drawing/paintings I have done this year. Some are based on photos I have taken, my sketch books, the majority are free form from my imagination. They are called the Primary Series for the primary colors I love.
