lgbtqOPEN and AFFIRMING
In 2002 the congregation at FCUCC approved an "open and affirming covenant." This covenant recognizes that all persons are created in the image of a loving God and addresses the concerns of LGBTQ persons in particular.
Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgendered and Queer
Potlucks are a favorite activity for this group Our Open & Affirming group is one of the most activate small group ministries at FCUCC.
Activities include:
Potlucks on 4th Friday evening once a quarter. Watch the news letter for specific dates
Blue Ridge Pride event in October 1
