Dance The mission of the dance ministry at FCUCC is to honor the sacred, share intimacy of the soul, and celebrate creation through movement. Dance is used in worship as a visual art, in Christian education as a participatory art, and in small groups or on retreats as a spiritual discipline.
We use many types of movement or dance in worship; everyone is welcome to join us, regardless of age, ability, or experience. We have two primary groups involved in dance -- the Dance Committee and the Dancing Circle. All committee members are automatically part of the circle.
